1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in the Lunipal Affilate Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Program. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Affiliate") and LunipalLTD ("Company").

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have a valid bank account or PayPal account capable of receiving payments; and (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Affiliate Links and Promotion

Upon approval, you will be provided with unique tracking links and marketing materials. You may place these on your website, blog, social media, or email campaigns. You must not:

• Use spam, unsolicited bulk email, or deceptive advertising.
• Misrepresent or make false claims about Lunipal Affilate products or pricing.
• Bid on branded keywords (e.g. "Lunipal Affilate") in paid search campaigns without prior written approval.
• Self-refer - referring your own accounts or those of immediate family members is prohibited.
• Use cookie-stuffing, click fraud, or any other artificial means to generate referrals.

5. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned only on new paying customers you refer via your approved affiliate link. The current commission rates are:

• 25% of the referred customer's first payment.
• 15% of subsequent payments for up to 24 months from the customer's first payment.

The Company reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with 30 days' advance notice to active affiliates.

6. Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days following the end of the month, subject to a minimum payout balance of $50. The Company may withhold payment pending fraud investigation. All commissions are paid in USD. Affiliates are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.

7. Chargebacks and Refunds

In the event a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed. If your account balance becomes negative as a result, the deficit will be deducted from future earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the provided banners, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not modify these materials or use them in any way that could harm the Company's reputation or brand.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the Company, including but not limited to commission rates, conversion data, and technical specifications.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with written notice. The Company may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that have been earned and confirmed (past the refund window) will be paid at the next scheduled payment cycle.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program and all related materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the affiliate tracking system will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. The Company's total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland, the country of incorporation of Lunipal Affilate. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
